Boost your immunity with these foods!
 It's essential to have anti-viral foods to reduce the risk of contracting the novel coronavirus.


  1. Garlic: mix raw chopped garlic with a tablespoon of unpasteurised honey.
  2. Star anise: boil it in water and add it to your teas like green tea or black tea.
  3. Ginger: take mashed ginger and star anise, and make a concoction by adding a little raw,unpasteurised honey.
